Bill Spencer

Bill Spencer is second-generation in the roofing and building envelope industry. He has been involved in all aspects of commercial roofing, design and application since 1988. Bill attended Penn State University and began his early career in Pittsburgh and the surrounding Western Pennsylvania market. In 1995, Bill expanded the business to Ohio. Bill is a current member and Past President of IIBEC (Formerly RCI) Ohio Valley Chapter and a Registered Roof Observer (RRO).
